The British construction company RilaDev and the Bulgarian Tempo will develop a 25 million euro resort compound on a 16 000 sq m plot near the village of Banya. The future Pirinea Complex will have a gross actual area of 44 000 sq m and will embrace a five-building residential section, housing 147 apartments, a four-star hotel with underground parking, conference and business centre, ski, golf and tennis courts, a spa complex and refreshment facilities as well as bowling and other entertainment areas.

Expected annual return on apartments is seven to eight per cent. Construction will be carried out by Tempo Stroi Engineering.

Completion is due by the summer of 2009.
