Rousse municipal council will review a proposal to increase its assistance to Project Rousse, a joint venture set up with Mall Rousse Invest, Prista Oil and Densi story.
The venture has been set up to build a sports auditorium and a complex of entertainment and sporting venues, a business centre and hotel as well as commercial facilities. Rousse Municipality contributed to the project by granting building rights and an unfinished construction site, valued at 13.7 million leva.
The proposal provides for adding 42 676 sq m to the building rights area contributed by the municipality. The development's total build area would therefore approach 140 000 sq m. After the project's completion the municipality will add a further 2.2 million euro to its initial share of five million euro.
The revision is prompted by expanding some of the features in the design concept such as the number of parking spaces and hotel beds as well as the size of the conference room area.
