Winslow Developments and RREEF (the real estate investment arm of Deutsche Bank) announced the beginning of the construction works on Winslow. The residential development is the first in Bulgaria to have local gas supply. Users will make payment arrangements directly with Sofiagas. Dealing away with common boilers, thermal losses along the pipes, subscriber stations and accounting and collection companies will enable Winslow Gardens future residents to not be affected by common problems with Sofias central heating system.
The first phase of the project (there will be a total of four distinct complexes) will spread over 22.2 decares of land, more than half of which is designated for green areas. The gated development will have 444 flats and shared facilities, including a SPA and fitness centre, a restaurant, shops and more. The investment for the first fourth of the development is 20 million euro. Completion of the entire project is scheduled for 2010
Apartment sizes vary from 50 to 140 sq m, and prices start from 950 euro per sq m for off-plan purchases.
