The hotel is designated as an apartment hotel and it will be built with the aim of hosting "a series of events such as seminars, conferences and lectures". The facility has a gross floor area of 1784 sq m, situated on a parcel of land measuring 1003 sq m on the Detski Grad zone near the American college.
The project has received a permit for construction to start by the end of April 2009. The main investor is Probiz. The design is being prepared by Kremidski architecture studio with chief architect Marin Keremidski.
The company in charge of construction works is yet to be chosen and assigned a contract, but, reportedly, will be selected by the end of March.
The facility will have a basement and semi-basement floor, an expansive ground level and two storeys above this with two more attic levels on top, complete with a "green roof garden". The hotel will also have an outside parking area. The building has an irregular and mostly southern exposure, consisting of 14 suite-type studios, a lobby bar, restaurant, a sports centre with a fitness gym, a massage room and conference hall.
The conference hall is near the restaurant and the administrative centre alongside several office compartments.
