Sandanski Mall will open in April 2008
Sandanski Mall, the first multi-use shopping and entertainment centre in the town, will open in April 2008, developers Sandanski Property said on April 10, as quoted by investor.bg.
The mall is in the town centre, near the park and Sandanski Hotel, the developer said.
The three-storey building includes also a hotel, given that Sandanski is a popular tourist destination, which attracts one million people every year.
The total built-up area of the mall is 4090 sq m, featuring a supermarket, restaurant, night-club and 29 stores. The mall also has a 100-car parking lot.
Sandanski Property, set up in 2005 as an investment and construction company, spent 12 million leva on the mall, investor.bg said.
