Sofia's residents interested in the purchase of a new home are looking for comfort outside the city's centre. The conclusion is based on  research made by Winslow Developments during the autumn edition of BalPEx real estate exhibition.

Potential buyers are looking for calm and green areas in Sofia's suburban neighbourhoods. Still, good location is the most important factor in the purchase of a home, followed by the price and greenery. Sofia's southern neighbourhoods still hold the leading position on the attractiveness chart. Buyers are ready to pay from 1000 to 1200 euro a sq m for an apartment in some of the southern districts.
