A shopping complex will grow on the spot of the former Maychina Grizha cinema in Gabrovo. Investment in the project is 20 million euro, Stroitelstvo Gradut weekly reported.

The investor is Mall Gabrovo Ltd., the design was prepared by Uzunov Proekt, the contractor is Force Build and the consultant is Dihris.

The gross actual area of the project is 15 400 sq m. The development will have seven levels - two of them underground - with more than 60 outlets, a hypermarket, fast-food restaurants, sophisticated bars and cafés.

The underground garage has 35 spaces. The second floor will house shops and the third floor will have a bowling alley and café, a piano bar, beauty parlour, internet club and casino with a café. On the fourth level there will be a restaurant seating 56 people with 24 places on the open-air summer terrace. The fifth floor will contain offices and administrative facilities.

The project is set for completion in summer 2009.
