Winslow Developments presented its Bansko Mountain Residencies at this autumns DomExpo, an international property exhibition held in Moscow from October 11 to 14. Gostini Dvor hall, situated in the centre of the Russian capital, hosted the shows participants, which included 27 Bulgarian companies offering different destinations throughout the country.

Winslow Developments presentated jointly with New-Address and shared a stand that they arranged like a picture gallery. The stand received an award for best design and publicity of Bulgaria.

For the first time, exhibition visitors displayed a particular interest in Bansko. They were not only attracted by the ski tourism opportunities of the resort, but also by the town's cultural attractions and nightlife. Bansko was introduced as both a winter and a summer holiday destination.

The good location of the Mountain Residencies complexes (close to the gondola), the comfort of its apartments, and the excellent services and facilities elicited declarations of serious investment intentions. Winslow Property Management, a company created to manage and rent out retail and residential buildings, received kudos from visitors.

Potential investors expect that the company will guarantee annual yields of the purchased real estate, offer good maintenance of the units, and relieve a part of the administation and accounting burden related to their property.
